Naxxar Lions, Rabat Ajax, Sta. Venera Lightnings and holders Zejtun Corinthians are the four semi-finalists of the quick-Keno Second and Third Division Knock-Out after they emerged as winners in the quarter-finals which were played on Sunday.

Sta. Venera Lightnings are the only Third Division side to make it to the semi-finals after defeating Mtarfa 2-0 in a clash between two Division 3 teams. Stefan Farrugia and Dalton Wingfield scored the two goals for the Lightnings.

Holders Zejtun Corinthians beat Mgarr United 3-0 thanks to a brace by Adrian Carabott and a goal by Edward Azzopardi.

A hat-trick by Gilbert Camilleri enabled Naxxar Lions to beat Third Division side Attard 3-0.

On the other hand, Rabat Ajax defeated Birzebbuga St. Peter’s 3-0. Justin Felice scored twice for the Magpies after Basil Emeka Onuta put them ahead with an early goal.

The semi-finals will be played on April 24 while the final is scheduled for May 8.
