Futsal: Second defeat to Norway

Malta lost 0-6 to Norway in the second of two futsal friendly matches at the Cottonera Sports Complex on Friday.

Abdurahim Lajaab and Henrik Arnesen gave the visitors a two goal lead during the first half. After the break, Lajaab scored another two goals to increase the lead to 4-0 while goals by Klausen and Valoy Cato sealed the issue for Norway.

The Malta national futsal team will now be in action on Friday 21 in the first match from the UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 Group D Preliminary Round Tournament against France. The tournament will be played at the Cottonera Sports Complex.
