2nd Football Physical Trainer Course

Following the successful completion of the 1st Football Physical Trainers Diploma Course this year, the MFA Technical Centre, in collaboration with UEFA, has the pleasure to announce the organization of the 2nd Football Physical Trainer Course. The scope of this course is the teaching of the basic concepts of football physical training methodology. The course will consist of lectures and practical sessions.

To participate in the mentioned course the prospective candidates must be in possession of one of the following:
A Sports Science degree qualification (BSc/MSc)
A Physical Education degree Qualification (B.Educ.)
A Chartered Physiotherapy Degree qualification (SRP)
A Sports and Exercise Medicine Qualification

A relevant degree/qualification(s) and experience in a subject(s) approved by the Technical Centre of the MFA as accreditation for Prior Learning (APL). Entry may be subject to an interview and/or written assessment for such individuals.

The course will consist of six (6) modules of 12 hours each (total: 72 hours) spread over six (6) Saturdays and Sundays between April and June but not necessarily on consecutive Saturdays/Sundays.

The lectures will be conducted by local and foreign lecturers, specialized in the relevant subjects.

Since the organization of such a course involves a lot of preparation and expense, it will only be held if a minimum number of suitable participants is found.
