Holders Zejtun Corinthians were drawn with rivals Naxxar Lions in the semi-finals of the Quick-Keno Second & Third Division Knock-Out. The draws were held at the Centenary Hall, Ta’ Qali on Monday.

The other semi-final is between Third Division side St. Venera Lightnings and Rabat Ajax.

The two semi-finals will be played on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th May.

The Corinthians defeated Mgarr United in the quarter-finals after winning a group which included Gzira United, Gudja United and Santa Lucia.

To reach this stage, Naxxar won a group which included Third Division sides Kirkop United, Sirens and Xghajra Tornados and then beat another team from Division 3 – Attard in the quarter-finals.

Zejtun and Naxxar met twice this season with Zejtun winning the first round clash 1-0. The second round match ended in a goalless draw.

Rabat Ajax reached the semi-finals after winning Group 1 which included Mellieha, Mdina Knights and Ghaxaq and going on to beat Birzebbuga St. Peter’s 3-0 in the quarter-finals.

St. Venera Lightnings won Group 7 which included Senglea Athletic, Gharghur and Swieqi United and then beat Mtarfa 2-0 in the quarter-finals.
