Hibernians and Qormi will be hoping to move another step towards securing their BOV Premier League status as they face each other in a clash from the Relegation Pool at the National Stadium on Friday, kick-off at 19:30.

The Paolites claimed maximum points from the two matches played so far in the Relegation Pool. Six points which enabled them to move eight points clear of bottom-placed Vittoriosa Stars. Qormi, on the other hand, lost 0-4 to Sliema Wanderers but bounced back with a 4-1 win over Vittoriosa last week.

Keith Fenech and Joseph Farrugia are ruled out for Qormi as they serve a one-match ban. Brian Fairbairn returns for Hibernians after missing the last game through suspension.

Following a goalless draw in the first round, Qormi beat Hibs 1-0 in the second.
