This season has proved to be an exceptionally successful one for the Pembroke Athleta Football Nursery and also parent club with the various groups achieving outstanding results.

The Under-17 squad won Section B of the Youth FA Under-17 APS Bank League and won promotion to Section A while the Under-15 side finished runners-up in Section B of the Youth FA Under-15 APS Bank League but still claimed promotion to Section A. On the other hand, the Girls’ Under-16 squad won the MFA Under-16 First Division League.

The teams are still involved in the final stages of the Knock-Out competitions.

The Pembroke Athleta women’s team won the Women’s Second Division championship and hence promotion to Division 1.

The Pembroke Athleta senior’s team and the Futsal teams made it to promotion deciders.

The committee of the Nursery and that of the senior club wish to thank all the coaches and administrators and the players in particular for these achievements which augur well for the future of the Nursery and the Club.

Meanwhile application forms for new registrations in the Football Nursery, and for participation in the ‘Summer Football Fun School’ are available from the Pembroke Athleta Club after 18:30

Applications from prospective Coaches to join the Nursery’s Coaching staff are also being received by the Administrator at Tunis Road, Pembroke.
