Valletta striker Terence Scerri was arraigned in Court on Monday following incidents which took place at the end of the U*BET FA Trophy final which was played on Sunday.

Scerri was charged with trying to seriously injure Floriana midfielder Christian Cassar, slightly injuring him, inciting a number of persons to commit an offence and of abusive behaviour.

He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail against a personal guarantee of €5,000.

Two Valletta supporters were also arraigned in Court with regards to incidents with police. They also pleaded guilty and were granted bail.
