One match ban for three Premier League players

Floriana goalkeeper William Amamoo, Sliema Wanderers midfielder Ryan Grech and Mqabba striker Thiago Dos Santos Mazzitelli were all handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner after being sent off during the last round of matches from the BOV Premier League.

Amamoo will be missing the game against Hamrun Spartans, Grech is ruled out of the clash with Marsaxlokk and Mazzitelli will be unavailable for the match against Birkirkara.

Daniel Mifsud, Matthew Cassar and Abduljawd Musah (Kalkara), Ayrton Buhagiar (Mdina) and Sinclair Camilleri (Xghajra) were suspended for one match after the U*BET FA Trophy first round matches. Kalkara official James Camilleri was banned for six months.

In the Youth League, Mario Lino Bugeja (Lija), Jean Paul Abdilla (Senglea), Daikon Borg (Santa Lucia) and Emilio Barbara (Zurrieq) were handed a one-match ban.
