Balzan Youths defender Jonathan Francica and Sliema Wanderers striker Danial Mitev were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner on Tuesday after both were send off during the weekend’s matches from the BOV Premier League.

Francica is ruled out of the game against Mqabba while Mitev will be missing the match against Birkirkara.

In Division 1, Simon Galea (Melita), Dylan Falzon (Rabat) and Andrew Camilleri Kamsky (St. Andrews) were all banned for one match while Stacey Vella and Jonathan Buttigieg (Senglea), Edward Vella (Siggiewi) and Lee Grima (Zurrieq) were handed a one-match ban in Division 2.

Craig Debattista (Hamrun) was suspended for one match in the Youth League. Mosta official Victor Vella was banned for two matches.
