The MFA Protests Board upheld a protest filed by Marsaskala FC against the result of the BOV Third Division match against Xghajra Tornados played on September 18 over the ineligibilty of Xghajra player Sinclair Camilleri.

Xghajra had won the game 5-1.

Marsaskala argued that Camilleri was ineligible to play since he was suspended for one match following the U*BET FA Trophy clash with Mtarfa which they lost 0-1 and were therefore eliminated.

According to MFA regulations, in such case, a player has to serve the suspension in the next league game.

Marsaskala therefore collect their first three points.

The new table for Division 3 is as follows:
