Late goal hands Under-21 side a point in Gozo

Rowen Muscat scored a goal in stoppage time as the Malta Under-21 side earned a point in a 2-2 draw with Ukraine in a match from Group 2 of the UEFA Under-21 Championship qualifiers at the Gozo Stadium on Friday.

Roman Bezus put the visitors ahead on the 10th minute but Terence Vella levelled matters a minute later. However Bezus scored again on 13 minutes to make it 2-1.

On the 92nd, Rowen Muscat managed to beat the Ukrainian goalkeeper with a cute lob following a swift counter-attack.
