St. Patrick coach Alfred Attard resigns

Alfred Attard handed his resignation from the post of coach of First Division side St. Patrick.

The Saints are currently at the bottom of the table in Division 1 with one point from six matches.

In a meeting which was held on Tuesday, the committee discussed the letter of resignation in which Attard stated that this was his final decision. The committee accepted his resignation.

In a statement, the committee showed its appreciation towards the work done by Alfred Attard and thanked him publicly for all he has done for the club. They also wished him success for the future.

The committee is determined to continue working hard and is confident the young players in the squad will be able to do well for the club.
