Qormi and Birkirkara cross swords at the Victor Tedesco Stadium on Monday as they seek the fourth place.

The Stripes are currently fourth on 19 points, four points behind third-placed Floriana. Qormi are sixth on 17.

Qormi are eager to bounce back after being held in a 3-3 draw by Sliema and suffering a 0-4 defeat to Hibernians. Birkirkara, on the other hand, defeated Balzan Youths 2-1 after losing to Tarxien in their previous outing.

Coaches Stephen Azzopardi and Paul Zammit will probably be unable to field their best formation as Qormi’s Federico Mirarchi, Joseph Farrugia and Daniel Nwoke and Birkirkara’s Rowen Muscat and Terence Vella are all recovering from injuries.
