Gudja United dropped two important points as they were held in a goalless draw by Luqa St. Andrews in a match from the BOV Second Division.

Zebbug Rangers registered their third successive win, defeated Attard 3-0 thanks to a brace by Uchenna Anyanwu and a goal by Sonyo Pereira de Mata.

Thiago Loqute notched a hat-trick in a 3-0 win for Mellieha over Siggiewi. On the other hand, Zurrieq beat Senglea Athletic 1-0 thanks to a goal by Matthew Genuis.

Leaders Gzira United defeated Sta. Venera Lightnings 2-1. Simon Shead put the Maroons ahead and Rudy Carbonaro equalised for the Lightnings. Ryan Deguara notched the winner.

San Gwann, on the other hand, came back from two goals down to beat Kirkop United 3-2. Daniel Zammit and Rumen Kerekov. Richard Attard scored twice to level matters and Shaun Vella hit another to give San Gwann the three points.

Gzira lead the way with 20 points, followed by Gudja and Mellieha on 16, Gharghur 14, Kirkop 13, Zebbug and San Gwann 12, Msida, Luqa, St. Venera, Zurrieq and Siggiewi 9, Attard 5 and Senglea 3.
