Second-placed Gudja United and Mellieha kept the pace with leaders Gzira United as the top three teams registered wins on Saturday.

Gzira defeated Kirkop United 2-1 while Gudja and Mellieha registered identical 4-0 wins over Siggiewi and St. Venera Lightnings respectively.

Zurrieq beat Msida St. Joseph 1-0 while Zebbug Rangers defeated Senglea Athletic 2-0.

In another match, San Gwann and Gharghur shared the spoils in a goalless draw.

Gzira lead the way with 23 points, followed by Gudja and Mellieha on 19, Zebbug and Gharghur 15, Kirkop and San Gwann 13, Luqa and Zurrieq 12, Msida, St. Venera and Siggiewi 9, Attard 5 and Senglea 3.
