Valletta midfielder Dyson Falzon joined Mosta on loan until the end of the season. The Blues also signed a Serbian defensive midfielder.

Falzon started his career with Sirens but joined Mosta at an early age, making his Premier League debut in season 2002/03. In summer 2006, he was transferred to Valletta. Last season, he was loaned to Hamrun Spartans.

At Mosta, Dyson Falzon will therefore join another two Valletta players – Kurt Magro and Ian Zammit – and former Hamrun Spartans coach Steve D’Amato.

Mosta also signed Serbian defensive midfielder Predrag Mirceta.

Twenty-seven year old Mirceta played in the top division of Finland and Hungary amongst others.

During the January transfer window, the Blues have already secured the services of Obinna Obiefule, Florent Raimy and Zakaria Kibona.
