Leaders Birkirkara stay five points clear on top the BOV Women’s First Division despite being held in a 1-1 draw by Hibernians as Mosta were also held in a 2-2 draw by Gozo.

In another match, Raiders (Luxol) defeated Marsa 3-1.

The Stripes lead the way with 32 points, followed by Mosta on 27, Hibs 23, Gozo 19, Pembroke 13, Raiders (Luxol) and Marsa 0.

In the BOV Women’s Second Division, leaders Mgarr United registered their thirteenth win as they beat Tarxien Rainbows 4-0. Second-placed Hamrun Spartans were awarded a walk-over over Santa Lucia.

Zurrieq defeated Melita 2-0 while Kirkop United beat Zejtun Corinthians 1-0. In another match, Lija / Iklin beat Naxxar Lions 2-1.

Mgarr lead the way with 39 points, followed by Hamrun on 34, Zurrieq 31, Tarxien and St. Venera 22, Kirkop 18, Lija / Iklin 15, Melita 14, Santa Lucia 4, Naxxar 2 and Zejtun 1.
