Hamrun Spartans will be facing First Division side St. George’s while First Division leaders Pietà Hotspurs take on Qormi.
The four quarter-finals will be played on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 February.
Floriana defeated Luqa St. Andrew’s 6-1 in third round and Balzan Youths 1-0 in the fourth round. Hibernians, on the other hand, beat Third Division side Pembroke Athleta 5-3 and Rabat Ajax from the First Division 5-0.
In the previous rounds, Valletta defeated First Division side St. Patrick 2-0 and Sliema Wanderers 5-2. Mosta, on the other hand, beat Second Division side Msida St. Joseph 1-0 and Gozitan leaders Xewkija Tigers 3-1.
Hamrun Spartans beat First Division side Dingli Swallows 3-1 and Birkirkara 3-2. St. George’s beat Third Division side Mtarfa 5-0, Second Division side Gharghur 2-0 and First Division side Lija Athletic on penalties.
Pietà Hotspurs defeated Third Division side Santa Lucia 5-1 and two Premier League sides – Tarxien Rainbows 3-0 and Marsaxlokk 5-1. Qormi, on the other hand, beat two Second Division sides Gzira United 1-0 and Mellieha 5-0.
