A selection of boys from the Juventus Soccer School Malta have once again defeated their counterparts from Torino in a series of three friendly matches played over the past days in Italy. These friendly games are part of a series of scheduled visits to Torino organised by the Juventus Soccer Malta branch.

The Under-9 selection (boys born in 2003 and 2004) won their two friendly games 9-6 and 5-1 against JSS Grugliasco and against Juve JStars Servaise respectively.

The Under-11 selection (boys born in 2001 and 2002) won their game 5-2 against a selection of their age from the Juve JStars Servaise branch.

The entire group of 17 young players had also the opportunity to watch the Serie A clash between Juventus and Catania won 3-1 by the bianconeri. The young members of the Juventus Soccer School also had the opportunity to greet personally the Juventus players and assist just centimeters away from the touchline the 45min warm up session on the pitch of the Juventus Stadium in almost freezing temperatures.

This was the first official trip to Torino of the 2011/12 season organised by the Juventus Soccer School Malta and the third since the re-opening of the schools in October 2011. The next trip to Torino will be a competitive experience as a selection of Maltese players will take part in the 2012 Juventus Academy Cup which will take place between the 28th April and 2nd May 2012.
