Pembroke Athleta were declared BOV Third Division champions after defeating Marsaskala 6-1 at the Centenary Stadium on Saturday.

Runners-up Fgura United also ended their commitments with a win, beating Santa Lucia 4-3 while Mgarr United, who were the third team to secure promotion to Division 2, defeated Qrendi 6-1.

In other matches, Ghaxaq and Xghajra Tornados drew 2-2 while Mdina Knights and Marsa shared the spoils in a goalless draw.

Pembroke end their commitments with 63 points, followed by Fgura on 62, Mgarr 55, Santa Lucia and Ghaxaq 48, Mdina 46, Xghajra 41, Marsaskala and Swieqi 29, Sirens 24, Mtarfa 20, Qrendi 18, Marsa 16 and Kalkara 10.
