Champions Valletta were drawn with Qormi in the semi-finals of the U*BET FA Trophy. Hibernians face Hamrun Spartans in the other semi-final. The draws were held on Saturday at the National Stadium.
The two semi-finals will be played on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 respectively.
In the previous rounds, Qormi beat Second Division sides Gzira United 1-0 and Mellieha 5-0 and First Division side Pietà Hotspurs 1-0 after extra-time. Valletta, on the other hand, defeated First Division side St. Patrick 2-0, Sliema Wanderers 5-2 and Mosta 3-1.
Hibernians beat Third Division side Pembroke Athleta 5-3, First Division side Rabat Ajax 5-0 and Floriana 1-0. Hamrun Spartans, on the other hand, reached this stage after beating First Division side Dingli Swallows 3-1, Birkirkara 3-2 and another First Division side St. George’s 3-1.
