Italian coach leads end-of-season training sessions at Triestina School

Italian coach Paolo Devivo from the US Triestina youth sector visited Malta to lead the final training sessions for season 2011/12 at the Triestina Soccer School Malta.

This visit was financed by the school and US Triestina and was meant to give children attending the school the opportunity to follow training sessions and being assessed by an Italian professional coach.

Paolo Devivo held two sessions at Stella Maris College and De La Salle College. He also discussed the training programme given by the school’s coaches led by head coach Winston Muscat.

Devivo was accompanied by Francesco Schiraldi, who is an official of the same school and is the person in charge of the Italian club’s youth sector.

At the end of the training sessions, each child was presented with a certificate of participation, a skills’ report together with mementos by Triestina Soccer School Malta and US Triestina.

Devivo and Schiraldi’s visit was made possible thanks to Imperial Hotel, Golden Harvest, Marindex Trophies and Express Trailers.

Meanwhile applications for season 2012/13 at the Triestina Soccer School Malta are now open. One could attend either one or two training sessions a week. Sessions will be led by head coach Winston Muscat who holds a UEFA A Licence.
