Second Division side Kirkop United have appointed Jason Bartolo as their new coach. He replaces Albert Busuttil who is being linked with Mqabba FC.

A former player of Vittoriosa Stars, Mqabba, Senglea Athletic, Tarxien Rainbows and Gudja United, Bartolo holds a UEFA B Licence and coached the senior teams of Gudja United and Santa Lucia.

He was also part of the technical staff of the Tarxien Rainbows and Floriana FC nurseries.
