First Division side Mqabba have appointed Albert Busuttil as their new coach. Busuttil replaces Clive Mizzi who has joined Sliema Wanderers.

A former player of Kirkop United, Floriana, Mosta and Mqabba, Busuttil had re-joined his home-club Kirkop as player coach leading them to promotion to Division 2 at the end of season 2010/11. They retained their Second Division status at the end of last season.

Nicholas Baldacchino will be acting as assistant coach.
