Dr Michael Sciriha was confirmed as president of newly-promoted Premier League side Rabat Ajax following the club’s Annual General Meeting which was held on Thursday.

Amadeo Zammit and Mario Grima were also confirmed as vice-president and secretary respectively while Etienne Cachia will be serving as treasurer.

The other members of the committee are vice-secretary Brian Borg, vice-treasurer Bernard Pace, PRO Anthony D. Farrugia, Glen J. Micallef, Joe Cachia, Joe Sant, Andrew Cachia, Marco Farrugia, Marco Buhagiar, Conrad Schembri, Gino Borg.

The Magpies will be aiming at retaining their Premier League status after winning two consecutive promotions in the past two years.
