Maltese officials in UEFA Regions Cup, Under-17 mini-tournaments

FIFA Referee Clayton Pisani has been appointed to officiate in a UEFA Regions Cup Intermediary Round Group 8 mini-tournament in the Veneto Region from the 5th to the 9th of October 2012.

He will be accompanied by Elite Assistant Referee Paul Apap.

The teams taking part with hosts Veneto (Italy) will be Western Estonia (Estonia), Kujawsko-Pomorski (Poland) and Region of Eastern Finland (Finland).

The other referees with Clayton Pisani will be Vasilis Dimitriou (Cyprus) and Fariz Yusifov (Azerbaijan), while Sebastiano Peruzzo (Italy) will act as Fourth Official.

The other assistant referees with Paul Apap will be Athinodoros Ioannou (Cyprus), Namik Huseynov (Azerbaijan) and Andrea Padovan (Italy).

Clayton Pisani and Paul Apap will be involved in these three matches:

Clayton Pisani will control Veneto vs Region of Eastern Finland at Campo Comunale di Mogliano Veneto (Treviso) and Region of Eastern Finland vs Western Estonia at Stadio Comunale Oderzo (Treviso) while he will be the fourth official in the game between Western Estonia and Veneto at Stadio Comunale Oderzo (Treviso).

Meanwhile Elite Referee Trustin Farrugia Cann and Elite Assistant Referee Duncan Sultana are currently officiating in the European Under-17 Championship 2013 Qualifying Round Group 9 Mini-Tournament being played in Malta between the 29th September and 4th October.

The other match officials are Referees Alexander Harkam (Austria), Bardhyl Pashaj (Albania) and Radu Marian Petrescu (Romania) and Assistant Referees Andreas Witschnigg (Austria), Ridiger Çokaj (Albania) and Radu Adrian Stefan Ghinguleac (Romania).

Duncan Sultana as Assistant Referee and Trustin Farrugia Cann as 4th Official are involved in the matches involving Iceland, Norway and Portugal.
