Senglea Athletic and Marsaskala maintained their unbeaten record in the BOV Third Division as they both registered wins on Sunday.

Senglea defeated Kalkara 4-0 to stay one point ahead of Marsaskala who managed to beat Attard 2-1. Marsaskala, however have a game in hand.

Ta’ Xbiex registered a second consecutive win, defeating Luqa St. Andrew’s 4-1 while Mdina Knights returned to winning ways after losing the previous three matches, beating Santa Lucia 2-0.

Sirens defeated Mtarfa 2-1 while Swieqi United and Qrendi shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw. In another game, Xghajra Tornadoes defeated Ghaxaq 2-0.

Senglea lead the way with 23 points, followed by Marsaskala on 22, Marsa and Sirens 18, Xghajra 17, Mdina 15, Attard 14, Swieqi 13, Ghaxaq 11, Santa Lucia 9, Kalkara and Ta’ Xbiex 6, Mtarfa 5, Qrendi 3 and Luqa 1.
