For the fifteenth consecutive year, Hamrun Spartans FC Youth Nursery is organising the Christmas Football Festival, once again sponsored by Firetech Limited. This year’s Football Festival will be held on Saturday 8th, Sunday 9th and Thursday 13th December 2012 at the Victor Tedesco Stadium. Twenty-two teams and around 300 boys from four categories (2006, 2005, 2004 and 2002) will be participating.

The Festival is now a fixture in the largest nurseries’ calendar of events and it was fully registered within a couple of weeks from the opening of applications. The nurseries taking part in this year’s Football Festival are: Birkirkara, Floriana, Mosta, Paola Hibs, San Gwann, St Andrews, St Patrick, Valletta, Zebbug Rangers and Hamrun Spartans.

Firetech Limited, which specialises in fire, safety and security, will be sponsoring the Christmas Football Festival for the ninth consecutive year. The company operates from its premises in Mill Street, Qormi.
