The Valletta Under-17 side travelled to England between the 13th and 18th December.

The team played two games, defeating Bedhead F.C Academy in Battersea, London 3-2 and London Diamonds 4-1. These two academies are located in the south west of London and they are under the supervision of the English giants Chelsea F.C.

The contingent was made up of 19 players, coach Michael Degiorgio, along with committee members and parents.

At their arrival in England, they found a big surprise waiting for them when the official pullman of the English National Team was waiting for them. They took pictures and they even travelled with the bus for the whole trip.
