Ryan Darmanin is the second player to leave Floriana in the January transfer window as he joins Balzan.

A product of Floriana, Darmanin made his Premier League debut in season 2003/04. He always played with the Greens apart from a spell with Tarxien Rainbows in Division 1 in season 2006/07 and six months with Marsaxlokk last season.

Tyrone Farrugia had joined Mosta last week.

Meanwhile Martin Deyanov signed for Birzebbuga St. Peter’s in Division 1. Earlier this month Balzan signed goalkeeper Daniel Miguelez Martinez.
