Two new foreigners for Floriana

In their bid to strengthen their squad, Floriana FC signed two new foreigners and are close to signing another player.

In a statement, the club announced that they had signed Brazilian striker Rodrigo Branco and English midfielder Harry Agombar from Macclesfield Town.

Both players have signed a contract until the end of this season.

The club is currently negotiating with Nigerian-born Udochukwu Nwoko who was released by Hibernians earlier this month.

The Greens who are set to appoint Iain Burnskill as their new coach to replace Stephen Azzopardi, transferred Tyrone Farrugia to Mosta, Ryan Darmanin to Balzan and Duncan Pisani to Qormi apart from releasing Henrique Celestino and the departure of Valdo Alhinho.
