Hamrun Spartans and Floriana risk having two points deducted if they fail to make payments by Friday 8th March at mid-day following a decision of the MFA Board of Control and Discipline.

Hamrun will have one point deducted if they fail to make a payment of €4,000 to Birkirkara for Terence Vella. They will also have another point deducted should they fail to pay Rupert Mangion the amount of €4,000.

Floriana will have one point deducted should they fail to pay €20,000 to Birkirkara with regards to the transfer of Thomas Paris. They will also have another point deducted should they fail to pay the amounts due to Aaron Brown.

Floriana are currently third in the Relegation Pool on 16 points, two behind Balzan and Qormi. Hamrun are fourth on 11, followed by Rabat on 9 and Melita on 7.
