The Malta Women’s Under-16 national team ended its commitments in the UEFA Development Tournament in Chalkida, Greece with a 1-0 win over Azerbaijan at the Chalkida Municipal Stadium.

Nicole Borg scored the all-important goal on 69 minutes.

This was the second win in three matches for Malta after beating Israel in the opening match.
