The Paola Hibernians Nursery held an instructional meeting for all their coaches on Saturday 13th April.

It was part theoretical and part practical and was conducted by Matt Emerson who holds a Masters in Sport & Exercise Science, from the University of Leeds Metropolitan University (Carnegie Institute – UK Centre for Coaching Excellence) and who forms part of the technical staff of Hibernians FC.

The subject was “Fitness at all levels”.
