BOV Women’s Second Division champions Raiders (Luxol) ended the season in style as they defeated runners-up Kirkop United 4-0 at the Luxol Stadium on Tuesday.
Raiders scored two in each half taking the lead through Rodienne Zerafa on the 20th and doubling the score thanks to Andy Zammit Mizzi on the half-hour. Four minutes in the second half, Zammit Mizzi made it 3-0 and Rodienne Zerafa sealed the issue with a fourth goal on the 55th.
After the game, Raiders were presented with the cup by MFA Vice-President Ludovigo Micallef.

St. Venera Yellow Blues defeated Vittoriosa Stars 2-0 at the Pembroke Ground on Monday.
The game was a balanced affair although the Saints had an edge over their opponents. Goalkeeper Rednee Zerafa performed a number of good saves until Christina Dalli put St. Venera ahead on 16 minutes. Yanika Debono doubled the score five minutes from time.

Eliane Gialanze put Fgura ahead on 13 minutes, Shana Debono doubled the score on 32 minutes and six minutes later, Gialanze scored the third goal. Three minutes in the second half, Veronica Juste made it 4-0 and three minutes from time, Jackie Abdilla scored the fifth goal.
