Five players were suspended by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner after being sent off in the U*BET FA Trophy semi-finals which were played last week.

Mario Muscat (Hibernians), Matthew Fleri Soler and Clayton Giordmaina (Lija), Jason Vandelannoite (Valletta) were suspended for one match while Valletta goalkeeper Manuel Bartolo was suspended until August 21, 2013, apart from being handed a two-match ban.

Muscat will miss the final between Hibernians and Qormi while the other players will be serving their ban next season.
