Gerada replaces Dennis Fenech who led the team to promotion to Division 2 after just one year in Division 3.
In a short statement, the committee thanked Fenech for his contribution towards the club and wished new coach Marco Gerada the best luck for his new adventure and a long and successful time with the club.
Gerada, who had coached St. George’s, Hamrun Spartans and Lija Athletic in past, was the coach of Kalkara last season.
