San Gwann FC will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the club premises situated in 18, Bernardette Street, San Gwann on the 9 June 2013 at 10:00.

Items on the agenda include:
– Approval of minutes of last year’s AGM
– President’s speech
– Administrative report for season 2012/2013
– Approval of financial report for season 2012/2013
– Election of committee members for season 2013/14
– Other matters

An appeal is made to all San Gwann FC members to attend.

Those members who would like to contest and become committee members for the coming season are encouraged to contact one of the committee members or send an email on sangwannfc@gmail.com by not later than Wednesday 4th June 2013.
