Balzan Football Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 20th June 2013 at the Club premises at Solerville, Main Street Balzan at 18:30.

Club President George Borg will be opening this meeting, marking the end of season 2012/2013.

Afterwards the Secretary will read the minutes of last season’s Annual General Meeting and then the Administrative reports of the Club and Nursery. The Treasurer will then pass to read the Financial Reports of the Club and Nursery. Any amendments to the club’s Statute will then be approved by the members.

The highlight of this meeting is the election of the Balzan FC committee for season 2013/2014, which will be followed by the approval of the auditors.

The elected Balzan President will then pass on to close this meeting, giving way to the commencement of season 2013/2014
