Three Premier League players suspended

20110417-114224.jpgAngus Buhagiar of Naxxar Lions was banned for two matches while Fabio Vignaroli (Balzan) and Kane Paul Farrugia (Mosta) were banned for one match by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the weekend’s matches.

Buhagiar is ruled out of the games against Valletta and Mosta while Vignaroli and Farrugia are ruled out of this weekend’s clash between Balzan and Mosta.

Mosta team manager Adrian Farrugia was also banned for two matches.

In Division 1, Ivan Casha (Birzebbuga) was suspended for one match.

Gilbert Camilleri (Mellieha) was suspended for two matches in Division 2 while Karl Grech (Mdina) and Jonathan Grech (St. Patrick) were banned for one match.

Christian Gafa (Marsaxlokk), Jonathan Muscat (Mgarr) and Christian Bugeja (Sta. Lucia) were handed a one-match ban in Division 3.

Kurt Formosa (Senglea) and Fabian Baldacchino (Marsaxlokk) were suspended for not having a valid medical certificate.
