Women's national team travels to Israel for World Cup qualifier

women-malta-latvia130409The women’s national team left Malta earlier this week, destination Tel Aviv where Pierre Brincat’s side will be facing Israel in the first match from Group 3 of the FIFA Women’s World Cup at the Ramat Gan Stadium on Sunday.

Malta reached this stage after winning Group A of the Preliminary Round mini-tournament which was held in Malta last April.
