Four Premier League players suspended

20110417-114224.jpgFour Premier League players were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the weekend’s matches from the BOV Premier League.

The players are Michael Falzon and Justin Grioli of Balzan, Emmanuel Ibok Edet and Gary Roberts of Floriana.

Falzon and Grioli are ruled out of the clash with Hibernians while Edet and Roberts will miss the game against Birkirkara.

Meanwhile in the U*BET FA Trophy, Mark Camilleri (Siggiewi) was banned for three matches, Jonathan Pace (Dingli), Charles Hili (Nadur), Kane Micallef (Melita) and Gianni Spiteri (Sirens) were suspended for two matches while Merlin Mifsud (Mgarr) was handed a one-match ban.
