San Gwann suffered their first defeat in the BOV Second Division as they lost 4-2 to Fgura United in one of the three matches in programme on Friday.

Zabbar St. Patrick dropped two important points, which could have handed them sole leadership as they were held in a goalless draw by Marsaskala in the derby. In another match, Mdina Knights defeated Dingli Swallows 3-2.

San Gwann and Zabbar lead the way with 14 points, followed by Fgura on 13, Pembroke 12, Mqabba 10, Gharghur 9, Mellieha, Kirkop and Mdina 8, Marsa and Senglea 6, Siggiewi 5, Marsaskala 4 and Dingli 1.
