Chievo Verona, with the participation of Birkirkara FC is organising a “Winter Camp” for all children, from Under 6 to the Under 17 categories. The camp will be held between 3 and 5 January 2014, at the Infetti Training Centre, Birkirkara.

This camp is a great chance for budding football stars to be noticed by the Chievo Verona Football Club. Participants might be invited to participate for a day’s training at the Chievo Verona Youth Centre. This may then lead to trials with Chievo Verona.

Coaches from Chievo Verona, assisted by coaches from Birkirkara FC Youth Nursery will be leading this training camp. Sessions will be of 4 hours each, on a 3 day period.

The fee for taking part in this training camp is at a subsidised price of €80, which includes a training kit of Chievo Verona.

Both clubs have further agreed that a donation of €2 will be given to the “Puttinu Cares Foundation” for every participant that attends the camp.

In parallel, there will be a Coach Training Course, held over the same 3 day period. The course will consist of 6 hours practice sessions during the camp, and 3 hours theory classes held in the evening. The modules will be “Tecnica, Tattica Individuale, & Preparazione Motoria”.
