Daniel Bogdanovic expected to play for SK Victoria Wanderers

SKVWDaniel Bogdanovic is expected to continue the rest of the season with Gozitan side SK Victoria Wanderers after agreeing to join the club.

Bogdanovic had started the season with Floriana after signing a two-year deal but following a request to the MFA Players, Coaches, Players’ Agents and Member Clubs Complaints Board after salaries due, he was granted the release.

The Malta international striker has been hoping to move abroad once again but with the end of the January transfer window lying just a few days away, he agreed to sign for the Victoria side.

SK Victoria Wanderers are currently joint-second in the Melita First Division in Gozo on 25 points, on level points with Nadur Youngsters, two behind Xewkija Tigers.

Throughout his career, Bogdanovic played for Sliema Wanderers, Naxxar Lions, Valletta, Marsaxlokk, Mosta, Valletta and Floriana in Malta, Ghajnsielem in Gozo, Vasas SC in Hungary, Cherno More Varna in Bulgaria, Cisco Roma in Italy, Lokomotiv Sofia in Bulgaria, Barnsley, Sheffield United, Blackpool, Rochdale and Notts County in England.
