Champions Birkirkara were drawn with the losing finalists for the last two years Qormi in the quarter-finals of the U*BET FA Trophy. The draws were held at the National Stadium on Monday.
Valletta were paired with Naxxar Lions while Sliema Wanderers and Rabat Ajax were drawn with two First Division sides – Pietà Hotspurs and Gzira United respectively.
In the semi-finals, the winner between Gzira and Rabat will meet the winner of Naxxar and Valletta while the winner of Sliema vs Pietà will face the winner of Qormi vs Birkirkara.
The quarter-finals are scheduled for February 15 and 16 and the semi-finals for March 19.

In the previous rounds, Valletta defeated Melita 3-1 and Mosta 3-0 while Naxxar Lions beat Gudja United 3-0 and Floriana 1-0.
Qormi eliminated SK Victoria Wanderers, beating them 1-0, and Tarxien Rainbows on penalties. Birkirkara, on the other hand, defeated Vittoriosa Stars 4-1 and St. Andrews 4-0.
Gzira United beat Zurrieq 5-1, Pembroke Athleta 1-0 and St. George’s 2-1 while Rabat defeated Sirens 3-1 and Kercem Ajax 5-1.
Sliema Wanderers defeated Zebbug Rangers 3-1 and Balzan on penalties. Pietà, on the other hand, registered three identical 1-0 wins over Hamrun Spartans, Mqabba and Hibernians.
