In April 2014, groups of boys born 2004 and 1999 are being given the opportunity to train with former Serie A players Andrea Icardi and Fabio Vignaroli. Over two days these lucky boys will be put through their paces and have their skills tested by these two vastly experienced Italians.

These exclusive technical sessions will help young players gauge their capabilities and build on their footballing strengths.

The three key focal points of these sessions will be:
Attitude – boys must be positive, determined and disciplined.
Aptitude – each individual boy must want to improve to the best of his abilities – and if possible beyond.
Motivation – boys must to want to improve.
