So far, England and the Netherlands qualified from Group A while Portugal secured a place in the semi-finals from Group B.
In Group A, England take on the Netherlands at the Hibernians Stadium while Turkey face Malta at the National Stadium, both matches kicking-off at 11:00.
Both England and the Netherlands won their first two matches and therefore this direct clash will determine which team will reach the semi-finals as group winner and face the runner-up of Group B. A draw would be enough for England since they hold a better goal-difference.
After scoring its first goals in a 2-5 defeat to the Netherlands, Malta hopes to end their commitments with a good performance against Turkey.
In Group B, Portugal take on Germany at the National Stadium while Switzerland face Scotland at the Hibernians Stadium. Both matches kick-off at 18:00.
Portugal lead the way with six points, followed by Scotland on three, Germany and Switzerland on one.
Scotland, Germany and Switzerland all stand a chance of reaching the next stage. In the case of Germany and Switzerland, even a win may not be enough depending on the goal-difference.
For Portugal, a draw with Germany would be enough to win the group but even a defeat would keep them top should Scotland fail to beat Switzerland. Germany and Switzerland need to win to maintain hopes of qualifying while Scotland could qualify with a draw.
Tickets for Turkey vs Malta and Portugal vs Germany will be available from the West C ticket-booth at the National Stadium while tickets for England vs Netherlands and Switzerland vs Scotland will be available from the Hibernians Stadium Entrance A ticket-booth.
