Pembroke Athleta, who won promotion the First Division, are set to appoint Jacques Scerri as their new coach.

This marks a return to the club for Scerri, who is also a former player of Pembroke Athleta, as he had already led the club until last summer when he joined Melita in the First Division.

Joining him as assistant coach at Pembroke will be Greg Degabriele who was his assistant with Melita this season. Degabriele, a former player of Melita, has been serving as staff coach with the Amateurs both as physical trainer and assistant coach.
