Sliema Wanderers ended their Euro Cup Friendly Tournament commitments with a win as an own goal handed them a 1-0 victory over Birkirkara.

The Blues therefore end their commitments on six points, one behind winners Valletta. Hibernians ended third on three points with Birkirkara claiming just one point.

Sliema, Hibernians and Birkirkara will be in action in the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round first leg next week.

Sliema host Ferencvaros at the National Stadium on Tuesday, kick-off at 17:45. Hibernians also play their first leg at home, hosting Spartak Trnava at the National Stadium on Thursday, kick-off at 20:00 while Birkirkara face Diósgyőri at the Debrecen Stadium in Debrecen on Thursday, kick-off at 20:30.
